Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Fully Onsite

Salary: $75,000-$85,000

A well-established organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead collections, cash application, and receivables operations across a large commercial portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, managing collections, and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and customer account management
• Monitor aging reports and reduce delinquent balances
• Supervise and support AR staff
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders on collection efforts
• Assist with month-end close, reporting, and audit support
• Develop and improve AR policies, procedures, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounts receivable and collections experience
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong understanding of AR reconciliations, cash applications, credits, and adjustments
• Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with ERP or property management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
